Order Delivery
We deliver throughout Hong Kong to your home, business or office address. Delivery areas are Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, including Discovery Bay and Tung Chung.
Outlying Islands
> Park Island customers are served with deliveries at Pier 2 - Central, Hong Kong Island
> Lamma Island customers are served with deliveries at Pier 4 - Central, Hong Kong Island
> Cheung Chau Island customers are served with deliveries at Pier 5 - Central, Hong Kong Island
> Lantau Island customers are served with deliveries at Pier 6 - Central, Hong Kong Island
Minimum Order Amount & Delivery Fees
We offer free delivery on orders over HKD460. For any order below HKD460 we charge a delivery fee of HKD80.

SodaMagic collects and uses your personal information (address, phone number and e-mail) for the purpose of conducting business operations and delivery only. We will not sell, share, or trade customer’s personal information with third parties for any other purposes unless required by law, except related third parties that are part of our business operations, such as our business partner that does the deliveries.
Your banking information and credit card details are exclusively processed by Squarespace / Stripe / PayPal / GlobalPayments. We do not view, access or store your credit card and banking details.

Trade-In / Upgrade Offer
Trade-In your existing Sparkling Water Machine of any brand, whether in working condition or not!
The Trade-In can be done at our Customer Service Center or at the requested Point of Delivery for Online Order.

2) Point of Delivery for Online Order
For Online Order the new Sparkling Water Machine will be exchanged against the old Trade-In Machine during the delivery.
Please note that your Trade-In Machine must be available for collection during the delivery.

The Sparkling Water Machine allows you to make fresh sparkling water at home the way you like it. The process is quick and easy. Fill the carbonation bottle with very cold water, connect the bottle to the Sparkling Water Machine and push down on the button to release the CO2 to carbonate the water. Enjoy your drink.
CO2 Refill & Cylinder Exchange
Visit our Retail Partners
Visit the nearest Retail Partner and exchange your empty cylinder there.
Your empty cylinder will be exchanged for a full one, and you will be charged only for the CO2 Gas.
Order Online
Order the CO2 Refill & Exchange online.
On delivery day, we will deliver a full cylinder and collect the empty one.
Our CO2 cylinders are suitable for most Sparkling Water Machines and brands on the market.
As the owner of a Sparkling Water Machine you will always have fresh, carbonated water at your home, able to offer delicious drinks to your guests. Carbonating your own water saves you from carrying and returning heavy drink bottles, and it also reduces the strain on the Hong Kong environment!
Please note, that we only accept our own 'SodaMagic' cylinders for the cylinder exchange. Other cylinders of any other brands are not accepted.
Join our Cylinder Exchange Community!
Join our Community with your CO2 Cylinder.
In order to join, your CO2 Cylinder should be suitable for all standard Sparkling Water Machine's on the market.
Let your cylinder become a part of our Recycling System.
By joining our Cylinder Exchange Community, you give consent to giving up the ownership / property of your particular cylinder and agree to accept a similar / equal cylinder in return. Your cylinder will become collective property of all participating cylinder owners. All cylinders participating in our Recycling System will have our 'SodaMagic' stickers for easier identification. If you want to exchange one empty cylinder then you will get one full cylinder of the same kind.
We are proud to introduce this system into Hong Kong with the aim to limit the environmental pollution. Many other countries have in place a deposit system / deposit return scheme, most commonly used for beverage containers etc.
Note: 'sodastream' cylinders are not accepted into our Cylinder Exchange Community.
